Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms apply to purchases made on digitalmegy.com, operated by MDOG Products LLC, 2779 S Church St PMB 133, Burlington, NC 27215, United States.

1. How the membership works

The DIGITALMEGY Club is an optional monthly membership. It starts only if you tick the membership box on the product page. Orders placed without ticking it are one-time purchases and are never renewed.

  • Today: your card is charged $39.99 for your first month of membership, in addition to the bundle you choose.
  • After that: your card is charged $39.99 every 30 days until you cancel.

All prices are in US dollars. There is no minimum term, no commitment period and no cancellation fee. These terms are shown next to the membership box on the product page and at checkout, before you pay. We sell only to customers in the United States and Canada.

2. What the membership includes

  • Monthly study-material updates for the bundles you own;
  • New study resources as we publish them;
  • Member-only discounts on new bundles;
  • Price protection: if we raise the price, your rate does not change unless you agree to a new one in writing.

3. How to cancel

You can cancel at any time by:

Cancellation takes effect immediately and stops every future charge. If you cancel at least 24 hours before your next charge, you will not be charged again. We will not route you through a retention process before honoring your request.

4. Refunds

Every membership charge is covered by our 14-day refund policy, whether or not you have used the materials. See our Refund Policy.

5. Billing

Charges appear on your card statement as “DIGITALMEGY”. If you do not recognise a charge, contact us before contacting your bank and we will help you straight away.

6. Changes to these terms

If we change the price or terms of the membership, we will notify active members by email before the change takes effect.
