What we collect

When you buy, we collect your name, email address, billing details and whatever is needed to complete the payment. We also collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit.

We never see or store your card number.

Because these are digital products we do not ask for a shipping address: we collect only what is needed to issue your receipt and deliver your files.

Why we collect it

To perform our contract with you: delivering the files, sending your order confirmation, handling refunds.
Legitimate interest: preventing fraud and improving the site.
Legal obligation: keeping tax and accounting records.
Consent: marketing emails, only where you asked for them.

Who we share it with

Only the parties that help us run the shop: our payment processor, the shop platform and our email provider. Each under a written agreement, and only for the service it provides to us. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Order records for as long as tax law requires. Anything outside that is deleted on request.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to our use of your data. Write to support@digitalmegy.com and we reply within 30 days.

Cookies

We use technical cookies to run the shop and measurement cookies to understand how the site is used. You can block them in your browser, but the checkout may stop working.
